Smokers' Helpline

Living smoke-free is the best way to keep your lungs healthy. If you smoke, quitting is the best thing you can do for your health. 

Connect with the Newfoundland and Labrador Smokers' Helpline to learn more about quit-smoking programs and services to help you take the next step towards quitting.   This Helpline is a program of the provincial Lung Association, with funding support from the provincial and federal governments.

It's easy to connect with the Smokers' Helpline.  The contact information is located on the front and back of every cigarette/tobacco package!  Call the phone number on the cigarette package to connect directly to the Smokers' Helpline based in St. John's, NL, or visit us online.  Access information and support over-the-phone (1-800-363-5864), online (www.smokershelp.net), or through email (shl@nf.lung.ca) or text (1-709-700-7002).
