The Lung Association is one of Canada’s oldest voluntary not for profit health promotion organizations. We were first established in 1904 (1944 in Newfoundland & Labrador) to control the spread of Tuberculosis. Today, the mission of the Lung Association is to prevent and control ALL lung disease and to "protect the air we breathe".
